QUICK REACTION FORCE INC.
501C3 Nonprofit
Disaster Assistance Charity
Veteran Owned & Operated
Welcome to the QRF website! Quick Reaction Force Inc. is an Eastern Shore of Maryland (Delmarva peninsula) based 501C3 nonprofit, disaster assistance charity registered through the Secretary of State. The Quick Reaction Force Inc. has two in-person mission types: long haul and local and when an in-person deployment doesn't occur often times QRF is responsible for numerous monetary donations directly to victims in need and/or local foundations assisting local victims of disaster events.
Long Haul Missions:
The Quick Reaction Force Inc. deploys to the Mid-Atlantic region (sometimes beyond depending on need and logistics), responding to assist victims of disasters such as; hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, floods, mass fire, building collapse, terror attacks, debris fields, and mud slides. Mainly providing resupply items to displaced victims and shelter sites, help at / cleanup of those shelter sites as well as conducting search and rescue efforts with first responders as an extra set of skilled and vetted eyes to help locate those in need of assistance. Whether it's delivering much needed emergency supplies to victims, searching for survivors in debris fields, or the rising waters of a storm surge, the QRF stands ready to deploy at a moment's notice.
Local Missions:
In between long haul deployments the QRF doesn't wait for another natural disaster to strike to be active. Here at QRF we not only stand ready to assist locally on Delmarva with the same above stated natural disasters but we also offer to be on call with local first responders as an additional locating tool for several mission types. The QRF assist first responders with missing people like, Amber alerts (missing children), silver alerts (missing vulnerable adults) and autism/special needs walk-offs. The QRF also assist local authorities with roadside and wooded evidence searches and even utilizes its members long time police, narcotics detective experience, and medical field expertise to meet with local students/community organizations to discuss the dangers of illegal drugs like heroin and fentanyl in our communities. We discuss the dangers of overdose, the identification of these dangerous drugs and current drug trafficking trends, so that citizens can not only better safeguard their own families but also accurately provide tips to law enforcement of illegal activity in their area.

DENNY NEAGLE
Honorary Member of the Board
Neagle was born and raised in Gambrills Maryland where he later graduated from Arundel High School as a local baseball star. Neagle then went to the University of Minnesota and was later drafted by the Minnesota Twins, who called Neagle up to their pitching staff for his first MLB action in 1991, where the team later went on to win a world series. Neagle was later traded to strengthen different ball clubs to include the Pittsburgh Pirates and the Atlanta Braves where he was named to the all-star team on both of those clubs. As a part of the Braves, Neagle was a strong part of perhaps the best, if not, then one of the best, starting pitching rotations in MLB history. He was not only an all-star for the National League, but he also was a sought after 20 plus game winner as an MLB pitcher. Neagle later in his career also pitched for the Cincinnati Reds, Colorado Rockies and the New York Yankees where he was a part of a world series winner, receiving a WS ring. Neagle in his baseball career had a world series championship, multiple world series appearances, two all-star seasons, 124 victories on the mound with 1,415 strikeouts. As a starting pitcher Neagle was also known to be no slouch with the bat either, from time to time helping his own cause, with 5 homeruns and 44 RBI’s over his career batting, as a starting pitcher. Neagle has Three children whom he holds dear, spending much of his retirement from MLB attending his children’s school and sports functions. Neagle currently resides in Colorado as well as spending ample time in Maryland where he returns to see family and friends. Neagle has taken part in many charities over the years both in his major league playing days and afterwards, one of which is Connors Law (pool safety awareness ref drowning children), as well as several additional wide-ranging charities and charity events. Denny’s caring attitude and enthusiasm for helping the less fortunate in so many different ways, is welcomed to the QRF team.
